DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH-QUALITY FOOD PROTEINS THROUGH THE SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING OF LEGUME CULTIVATION
Recordings in Almacenes Gamallo and Centro Tecnolóxico da Carne
Last Wednesday, May 18, the recordings of the informative audiovisual of PROTEINLEG were made in Almacenes Gamallo and the Fundación Centro Tecnolóxico da Carne (CTC), both in the area of La Limia (Ourense). In the morning it was recorded at CTC, first in its facilities in the technological park of San Cibrao das Viñas and, then, in its plots for agronomic tests. In the afternoon, the recording was carried out at Almacenes Gamallo, specifically at its central facilities in Xinzo de Limia. The next step will be to go to Almeria and Madrid, to record the installations of Ramiro Arnedo and MIMIC SeaFood, respectively. Below, we show some of the images taken during the day.
