On February 15, the presentation webinar of the PROTEINLEG Operational Group was held through Teams. In it, representatives of the participating companies presented the innovation project to the attendees of the event. The webinar was a success of participation, both for the number of attendees and for their involvement, thus achieving one of the great objectives of this day: promote and disseminate knowledge among the agents of the agri-food value chain and the general public.   The presentations were given by:
