This program, which will last until the end of 2022, will allow PROTEINLEG to have the expertise and technical mentoring of the CNTA experts, who will make all their knowledge available to the project, to expand the scope of technical activities.\r\n\r\nCNTA will provide the analysis of nutritional quality, anti-nutritional factors and aminogram of different varieties of legumes and green beans. These works will help PROTEINLEG to complement the information on the raw materials used in the project, and that will serve to develop new products based on vegetable protein.
