Its main objective is the Spanish market, specifically the supply of seeds for greenhouses in Almer\u00eda and Murcia, as well as the most important open-air horticultural crops in Spain. The main products commercialized are pepper seeds, lettuce, tomato, artichoke, melon, aubergine and beans.\r\n\r\nThanks to this project, the range of products in the company&#8217;s catalogue will be expanded to include new varieties of beans from its research, so that Ramiro Arnedo S.A. will be able to include new varieties of beans adapted to the new needs of its main customers. Concerning the production strategy, it is worth mentioning that the first factor to consider in seed production is its quality and availability on the necessary dates, issues that are more important than its cost. To begin, they developed a product similar to raw tuna, Tunato\u00ae, oriented towards sushi, poke or tartar, as an alternative to the sensorial experience of consuming raw tuna and avoiding their inconvenient (high content of mercury or the presence of pathogen organisms). Founded in 1921, MBG currently employs over 100 people, 35 directly linked to scientific research, and two associated research units. The MBG Plant Genetics Development Group (DEVOLEG), led by Dr. Marta Santalla, participates in the PROTEINLEG project. DEVOLEG is a reference in the Galician agri-food R&#038;D&#038;I sector, with a large experience in project management and development. It is funded by competitive calls from the national R&#038;D program, and by contracts with private companies and different national and international agencies. \r\nThe DEVOLEG group possesses high-value germplasm collections with which DEVOLEG aims to recover the genetic material of the principal autochthonous cultivations of different species of proteinaceous legumes, to avoid their loss and guarantee their use. DEVOLEG works with a primary producer\u2019s net and collaborates with the primary sector of the principal productive Spanish regions, which demand higher competitiveness of their exploitations and diversification of their productions. \r\nDEVOLEG participation in PROTEINLEG orientates towards increasing efficiency and stability in the production of autochthonous varieties of proteinaceous legumes. Founded in 2005, its purpose is to support the technological development of every sectoral collective among the agri-food chain, promoting research, product improvement, and primary and secondary sector professionalization through the creation of new market channels and sustainable use of the Galician natural resources. CTC has developed a significant activity, as is reflected in the collaboration agreements signed with different public and personal entities, and in the numerous projects presented to various autonomic, national, and European calls. Among the knowledge branches associated with these research initiatives in which CTC has collaborated, to mention the recovery and valorization of autochthonous species and varieties, the study and implementation of ecological farming and integrated production, as well as the production of manual food products.\r\n\r\nThe agronomy area owns extensions of land dedicated to trials on small plots. In the same way, it has laboratories equipped with the latest technology for the analysis of food matrices and agricultural soils. The incorporation of CTC to this project arises from the need to characterize the different legume crops that could provide a viable source of protein to meet the nutritional needs of pigs and poultry, minimizing or even eliminating the current dependence on soy.\r\n\r\nAs a research organization, the CTC makes available to PROTEINLEG all the knowledge acquired from its extensive experience in the implantation of crops, in the revitalization of the rural Galicia, and the conservation of its phytogenetic diversity. (ASOPORCEL) was born on January the 19<sup>th<\/sup>, 1999, as a non-profit entity, aimed at the recovery and conservation of the Celta swine breed, to give it the place that corresponds to it as the genetic and cultural heritage of Galicia, and passing it on to future generations.\r\n\r\nIt is the only entity officially recognized by the Autonomous Community of Galicia for the management of the herd book of the Celta swine breed, following Decree 149\/2011, of July 7, which establishes the Official Catalog of autochthonous livestock breeds of Galicia, regulates the official recognition of the associations of breeders that create or manage genealogical books and approves the programs for their conservation, improvement, and
