In order to fully understand and, where necessary, exercise your corresponding rights, USERS must carefully read this notice.\r\n\r\nFEUGA reserves the right to modify this notice in order to adapt it to changes in the law or any modifications of industrial practices. In these cases, it will provide information in a timely manner regarding the changes that will be made to its data protection policy, and when these changes will take full effect.\r\n\r\nThe only personal data to which FEUGA will have access will be those provided voluntarily by the USER. In this case it is necessary that USERS are aware that in order to register with the FEUGA TECHNOLOGICAL PLATFORM they will be requested to provide personal information. These include details that are essential in order to access the PLATFORM and to use specific services and contents. As a result, in the cases and with respect to the details of which the USER is expressly notified, if we are not provided with this information, the USER will not be able to use specific services and contents.\r\n\r\nWith respect to the personal data provided by the USER, these will only be processed automatically and used in the manner and for the purpose that is expressly established and authorised by the USER. In this case, this data will be included on a file whose ownership and responsibility corresponds to FEUGA.\r\n\r\nThe purpose of gathering, processing and transferring the personal data provided by the USER to FEUGA is to undertake all of the activities connected with the TECHNOLOGICAL PLATFORM, and in particular the management, development, administration, provision, updating, personalisation and improvement of the services and contents of the same used by the USER, and the statistical processing of the services and contents used, tastes and preferences of the USERS.\r\n\r\nSimilarly, and as part of the aforementioned purpose of developing and expanding the activity of the PLATFORM, different methods will be used to send questionnaires, information, notices, etc., connected with FEUGA, its services and contents and the companies that provide the same through the PLATFORM. USERS are not under any obligation or commitment to reply to any questionnaires or forms they may receive.\r\n\r\nThe legal basis of the treatment consists of the legitimate interest of FEUGA (in terms of sending communications about the foundation\u2019s activities, and the functioning of the WEB and its applications); in the agreement or subscription of services (and the management of these, in treatments such as payments and invoicing); and in the consent given for the specific case (which can be withdrawn, which would prevent the continuity of the treatment). The user information may also be used to comply with the different legal obligations of FEUGA.\r\n\r\nIn compliance with applicable legislation, FEUGA has implemented the necessary measures and techniques to maintain the required security level with regard to the personal data it processes. It also has the necessary measures in place to prevent, as far as possible, any unauthorised access, illegal removal and modification or loss of data. However, USERS are informed that these measures are not infallible or invulnerable, and therefore FEUGA may not be held liable for any situations of this kind.\r\n\r\nThe USER has recognized the rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition and portability, being able to exercise them in writing by letter addressed to: FEUGA, R\u00faa Lope G\u00f3mez de Marzoa s \/ n (Campus Vida), 15705 Santiago de Compostela; or by e-mail to the following address: feuga@feuga.es, indicating in any of the cases in a visible way: Privacy Policy and enclosing a copy of his \/ her ID.\r\n\r\nWhenever USERS are requested to provide personal data through the TECHNOLOGICAL PLATFORM, they will be provided with the corresponding access to the information contained in the Privacy Policy.\r\n\r\nThe data will be kept for the time necessary for the uses and provision of the contracted or subscribed services and, in relation to the sending of information on the activities of FEUGA, until they request the cessation of such shipments (they may do so with a message to feuga@feuga.es).\r\n\r\nFor specific operations, such as enrolling in courses or in scholarship programs or other training activities, it will be necessary to give express consent for the processing of their data, activating the relevant box, in the forms that are displayed or downloaded.\r\n\r\nThe consent given may be withdrawn at any time with a message addressed to feuga@feuga.es.
